This delightful antique Victorian French snowflake pendant was made in the Art Nouveau style, Circa 1900.
Art Nouveau was an international art style that was popular across Europe between 1890 and 1910. Art Nouveau jewellery drew it’s inspiration from the flowing organic patterns of plants and nature and paved the way for the Art Deco style.
The lovely snowflake gallery is decorated in pretty Paste Stones that sparkle like Diamonds with a natural orange Coral stone in the centre.
From the depths of the sea, comes the beautiful Coral which is produced by tiny life forms. Same as Pearls, Coral is a water element of fiery colours in shades ranging from petal pink, to velvety red.
The piece is all set in Silver and complete with French hallmarks on the reverse.
An eye catching antique piece that would look fabulous on a chain!
